THE ATTORNEY / BEHIND THE ARGUMENT
About

Arthur Karadzhyan

A case file thick with tabbed records changes hands across a desk.

I am a California employment lawyer based in Westlake Village. My experience includes employer-side employment litigation at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani from April through November 2025 and plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class and representative actions at Bradley/Grombacher from November 2024 through March 2025. Earlier work included real-estate and land-use matters and transactional intellectual-property work as a law clerk. My work includes legal research, motion practice, arbitration, and PAGA analysis.

Experience on both sides informs the questions I ask: which records exist, what the evidence supports, which defenses need an answer, and where further investigation is necessary. Those questions guide the work; they do not predict a result.

I hold a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where I attended on a full-tuition Dean's Merit Scholarship, and a B.A. with honors from UC Berkeley.

How I run this practice

The aim is careful analysis and plain advice, including when the answer is sign the agreement or this belongs at the Labor Commissioner, and here is the guide for doing it yourself. The library provides general educational material. Reading it does not begin an intake consultation or establish representation.
