Privacy Policy
This notice covers the optional administrative text messaging service of the Law Office of Arthur Karadzhyan and the website form used to request it.
Information used
When you select the SMS consent checkbox and save your preference, the office records your mobile number, the exact consent language and its version, the source page, the server's receipt time, and a request identifier used to prevent duplicate records. The form does not request facts about your legal matter. A submission states a preference; it does not independently verify who controls a telephone number.
The service also preserves incoming and outgoing text messages, delivery or failure information, consent and opt-out history, and records of attorney review and authorization. Hosting and communications providers process technical request and delivery information to operate and protect the service. A keyed, nonreversible network identifier may be used to limit abusive submissions; the consent application does not store your raw network address in its consent record.
Purposes and access
Information is used to carry out your communication preferences, coordinate administrative matters, prepare and review replies, prevent unwanted or duplicate messages, maintain records, and protect the service. Access is restricted to the attorney and authorized personnel and service providers performing these functions. AI-assisted drafting may process the information needed to suggest a reply; an AI-generated substantive reply is not sent without the attorney's express authorization.
Mobile information is not used for third-party marketing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are not transferred to another business to create messaging consent. Service providers that deliver, host, secure, or maintain the office's messaging service may process the information needed for those functions. These service-provider uses do not permit their independent marketing use of your mobile information or consent.
Retention and your choices
The office preserves communications and consent, suppression, and authorization records for administration of the practice, compliance, and applicable record-preservation needs. Access and retention are restricted according to the office's operational settings; this notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help, or write to counsel@karadzhyan.law with a preference, correction, or privacy request. Opting out stops administrative text messages; it does not necessarily delete existing records, and the office retains the suppression information needed to honor the request.
Confidential information
Ordinary text messaging is not a secure channel for sensitive legal information. Do not text confidential documents or detailed facts before the office provides appropriate intake instructions. This notice does not waive protections that apply to qualifying prospective-client or client communications. Use the contact page for the office's initial inquiry procedure.
