Terms & Conditions
SMS Terms
The Law Office of Arthur Karadzhyan offers optional, nonmarketing text messages for appointment and consultation coordination, callback arrangements, administrative client-service communications, and responses to your messages.
Your choice
To request texts, enter your mobile number on the text message preferences page and select the separate SMS consent checkbox. It starts unchecked. Providing a telephone number, making an inquiry, or receiving legal services does not by itself enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining legal services. Use a number you own or are authorized to use. Tell the office if your number changes.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your communications and scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. The office does not charge a separate fee for receiving its texts. Delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to a message to opt out. The messaging provider may send one automated confirmation of your opt-out. After opting out, you will receive no further administrative texts unless you later give valid new consent and any provider suppression is cleared. A new website submission does not by itself override an earlier STOP request.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email counsel@karadzhyan.law. You may also request that the office stop texts by emailing that address. The existing office voice telephone is (213) 267-3534; this notice does not identify it as an SMS number.
Administrative communications
Text messaging does not establish an attorney-client relationship, confirm an appointment unless expressly stated, accept legal service, or extend a deadline. Do not rely on texts for emergencies or a deadline requiring immediate attention. An administrative assistant, including an AI assistant, does not provide individualized legal advice or make commitments for the attorney. Substantive outgoing replies are reviewed and expressly authorized by the attorney before transmission. Automated carrier or provider control responses, such as STOP and HELP acknowledgments, are handled separately.
Privacy
The SMS privacy notice explains the information used to operate this service. Questions about these terms may be sent to counsel@karadzhyan.law or mailed to Law Office of Arthur Karadzhyan, 2625 Townsgate Road, Suite 330, Westlake Village, CA 91361.
