Keep sensitive information out of texts

Text messaging is for administrative coordination. Do not send confidential documents, identification numbers, financial details, or a detailed account of a legal matter by text. Ask the office for an appropriate communication channel. Texts are not monitored continuously and are not a way to submit urgent deadlines or accept service of legal papers.
